Cancellation Policy - Accommodation

Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing directly to the hotel.

Please note that each hotel has its own specific cancellation policy, which will apply accordingly.

Late Arrival / Early Departure Fee: If you arrive later or depart earlier than the dates of your confirmed reservation, the total cost of accommodation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

Istanbul Airport Metro Line (M11)

The M11 Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport Metro Line offers fast and convenient access between Kağıthane and Istanbul Airport, with 7 stations currently in operation. The line is integrated with the Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey Metro Line, enabling direct, safe, and affordable access to the airport.

From Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW)

HAVABUS Shuttle Services

The HAVABUS shuttles provide direct transportation between Sabiha Gökçen Airport and key destinations such as Kadıköy and Taksim.

White HAVABUS vehicles depart from the arrival floor, just outside the terminal.
The last stop for Taksim is Divan Hotel, and for Kadıköy, it is the Kadıköy Pier.

Sabiha Gökçen Metro Line (M4)

The M4 Metro Line connects Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Kadıköy. The airport station has three entrances:

Entrance 1: Domestic Terminal CIP Hall & Carpark
Entrance 2: Sabiha Gökçen Airport Hotel
Entrance 3: Terminal Building

From the M4 Line, you can easily transfer to:

T3 Kadıköy-Moda Tram, ferries, and sea-lines from Kadıköy
