CALL FOR TUTORIALS
The 35th MLSP workshop will host a tutorial program to offer participants the chance to get exposed to new topics and trends in machine learning and signal processing. An ideal tutorial should be interesting to both people from industry and academia, as well as an expert from an adjacent area and an early-stage researcher in the same area. We accept two different types of tutorials: 1.5-hour short tutorials and 3.5-hour long ones. Note that the long tutorials include a 30-minute break. A tutorial proposal should follow the following format:
- The title
- Duration (choose either 1.5 or 3.5 hours)
- Names, affiliations, contact information and brief biography of the speakers(s)
- A brief discussion about why the tutorial topic is important to the community
- A structured description of the contents; please specify any previous versions of the material given by any of the presenters, and if and how it will be modified for MLSP 2025.
- A description of the expected outcomes for attendees
- A list of recent publications related to the tutorial topic from the speakers in the past 5 years.
- A list of speakers' previous tutorial (or similar) experiences.
- Optional: a hyperlink to the lecture slides (incomplete slides are okay).
- Any other external references.
- The page limit is 5, excluding the external references.
The proposals should be sent to tutorials@mlsp2025.org before the indicated deadline.
